Terms for Backlink Phoenix accounts
These terms cover the website and the API at backlinkphoenix.com. Using either means you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your API keys private, because every call made with your key is billed to you. If a key leaks, replace it from your account page.
One person or company, one account. Creating several accounts to collect the sign-up credit more than once is not allowed, and we may close accounts that do it.
Credits and payment
What a credit is
One credit is $0.0001. New accounts receive $100 of free credit, which is 1,000,000 credits. There is no subscription and no monthly minimum.
Topping up
You add balance in USDT on the TRC-20 network from the account page. Send only that asset on that network. Funds sent another way may not be recoverable.
Billing per call
Each call is billed once, whatever the row count, at the price listed in the action reference. When your balance reaches zero the API answers with HTTP 402.
Billing mistakes
If you think a charge is wrong, raise it through your account page with the time and action so the call can be checked.
Fair use
Use the service for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to break authentication, overload the API, or resell raw responses as a competing data product without asking us first.
We may limit or suspend access when use harms the service or other users. Where we can, we will tell you why.
What the service is and is not
Backlink Phoenix sells link data. It also provides a Domain Rating calculated from our own index. It is not legal, SEO or financial advice. See the about page for what we cover.
Third-party names such as Google, Ahrefs, Moz and Semrush belong to their owners, and we mention them only to describe the market. No partnership is implied.
Read the privacy notes alongside these terms. Together they describe the whole relationship.
Our index is built by our own crawler and refreshes roughly once a month. It can be incomplete or out of date. Treat it as evidence for your own decisions, and nothing in it is a promise about search rankings.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as it is. We do not accept responsibility for losses that come from decisions you take on the strength of the data, including ranking or traffic changes.
We may update these terms and the date will change when we do. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept it. Questions go through your account page.
