We sell link data to people who are repairing something. That shapes what we build and what we refuse to promise.
Why this exists
Backlink Phoenix is a backlink-data service for sites recovering from a penalty, a migration or a stretch of lost links. We run it as the Backlink Phoenix editorial team, and you reach us through your account page.
The idea is plain. Rebuilding is a long job, and long jobs should not carry a monthly fee for data you open four times. So we price by the call, from $0.0001 a credit.
We would rather be useful than loud. Pages here are written for people who just watched their traffic fall in 2025 or 2026 and want a calm next step.
Everything here is published by that team. Just that team. No named expert stands behind any page, because we would rather be checkable than famous. We do not invent customers, reviews or case studies. When an example appears, such as the made-up rug shop in the migration walkthrough, it says so in the text.
Pages are dated. If Google ships a notable update or we change prices, we edit the page that is affected and move its date. Old advice that stopped being true is removed, not left to rot. Honest limits matter more to us than a longer feature list, since a recovering site cannot afford a tool that oversells itself.

Who we write for
Our reader is a site owner, a freelancer or a small agency with a problem that already hurt. Traffic fell after a core update. A redesign dropped a few hundred links. A competitor's junk landed on your doorstep. Each of those has its own page.
We skip the generic explainers. If you want to know what a backlink is, a hundred sites will tell you. We would rather show how to read a referring-domain diff on a Tuesday afternoon, then decide whether any of it needs action.
Recovery is rarely dramatic. It is usually a list of small repairs, a patient wait through Google's reprocessing, and a monthly check that the line points upward. The climb tracker is built around that rhythm.

The data comes from our own web crawl, refreshed roughly once a month. We do not resell another provider's numbers.
A developer API and a free explorer

No keyword suite
For rank tracking, keyword research or daily-fresh crawling, Ahrefs and Semrush are the fuller products. We say so openly.
No promises about rankings
We supply evidence about links. What Google does with your site is Google's decision, and anyone who guarantees otherwise is selling something.
A phoenix rises from what burned down. That is the kind of site we write for, and the first-week runbook is where most people start.
How to get in touch
Contact starts at the account page. Billing, account and data questions all begin from the same place, so name the account and the page you are asking about. That keeps the request short and lets it be matched to the right records without a long exchange. Replies, when they come, stay in the same account context.
